Fabs Labs was founded by software engineers who spent a decade inside the telecom, finance, and consumer-product industries before deciding to build a studio of their own. We work the way we would want to be worked with — directly, technically, and with a long memory.

Our clients range from solo founders who need a hand on the wheel to mid-sized companies whose internal teams need a senior partner for the parts they cannot or will not staff themselves.

Engineering first

We write code for a living and we love doing it. No drag-and-drop dashboards, no low-code shortcuts, no offshore subcontractors. Every system we ship is hand-written, version-controlled, reviewed, and tested.

Long-term ownership

We don't disappear after handover. The teams that build the system run it. When something breaks at 3 a.m., the person on call is the person who wrote the code. That changes how the code is written in the first place.

Production from day one

Every prototype goes live on a real number, a real account, a real database. We do not believe in PowerPoint pilots. The fastest way to learn whether something works is to put it in front of customers and watch.

Boutique by design

We take on a small number of projects at a time so each gets senior attention from start to finish. If we cannot do it well, we will tell you and recommend someone who can.
