Product & engineering design
We do the discovery, write the spec, draw the flows, prototype on real data, and run the launch. Every project gets shipped with documentation, a runbook, and a path for the customer to take over the keys when they want to.

The studio

Fabs Labs was founded by software engineers who spent a decade inside the telecom, finance, and consumer-product industries before deciding to build a studio of their own. We work the way we would want to be worked with — directly, technically, and with a long memory.
Our clients range from solo founders who need a hand on the wheel to mid-sized companies whose internal teams need a senior partner for the parts they cannot or will not staff themselves.
Long-term ownership
We don't disappear after handover. The teams that build the system run it. When something breaks at 3 a.m., the person on call is the person who wrote the code. That changes how the code is written in the first place.
Production from day one
Every prototype goes live on a real number, a real account, a real database. We do not believe in PowerPoint pilots. The fastest way to learn whether something works is to put it in front of customers and watch.

We are not a gambling shop. We do not ship prohibited or grey-area products — please don't even ask. The answer is no.
Fabs Labs builds legal software for legitimate businesses. Anything that requires bending laws, dodging KYC, evading regulators, or extracting value from people who can't push back — we will politely decline. There are firms that do that work. We are not one of them, and we are happy about it.
