Privacy Policy

FABS LABS ("we", "us", "our") operates the FABS LABS website and the FABS Call, AI Receptionist, Outbound Dialer, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. Email address, display name, profile picture, and identifiers from your authentication provider (Sign in with Apple, Google).
- Call data. Call metadata (caller and callee numbers, duration, timestamps), transcripts of conversations handled by AI agents, audio recordings of calls, and AI-generated summaries.
- Voice and audio. When you place or receive a call through our apps, your microphone audio is transmitted in real time. Audio may be recorded and stored if your account or line is configured for recording.
- Contacts (optional). If you grant permission, we may sync contact names from your device address book so caller IDs display correctly during calls. Contact data stays on your device and on our servers; we do not sell it.
- Usage data. Logs of how you interact with the Service (pages visited, features used, errors encountered, device type, IP address).
- Payment information. If you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We store a customer reference and subscription status; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To route incoming and outgoing calls, generate AI responses, transcribe and summarize conversations, and deliver notifications (including VoIP push notifications for incoming calls).
- To authenticate users, prevent fraud, and secure the Service.
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
- To improve our products and develop new features.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, under contracts that limit their use of the data:
- Telephony. Twilio (call routing and recording).
- AI processing. OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and similar providers (real-time speech understanding, text generation, and synthesis).
- Authentication. Apple, Google (sign-in identity tokens only — we do not receive your passwords).
- Payments. Stripe (subscription billing).
- Infrastructure. Cloud hosting providers used to run our servers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
4. Data retention
We keep call recordings, transcripts, and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7). Some records may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., tax or telecommunications records).
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and isolated production systems. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
6. International transfers
Our servers and service providers are located in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in these countries.
7. Your rights and choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing relies on consent).

8. Children
The Service is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
