The product

Most small businesses leak messages across four or five apps. WhatsApp on the manager's phone, SMS on the front-desk computer, Telegram on the founder's laptop, iMessage somewhere none of them admits. The Message Gateway is the first time all of that lives in one place — without giving up any of the channels. We built it because we kept seeing customers reply to the wrong app, miss the WhatsApp because the phone was charging, or forget that a critical SMS landed at 2 a.m. and was buried by morning. The gateway is the system that catches every message and routes it to the right human (or the right agent) — in real time, on the channel it came in on.

Per-channel behaviour rules

Auto-reply on Telegram, forward-to-email on SMS, queue for human on WhatsApp — every channel gets its own policy. Change it without redeploying.

Anti-loop dedup + opt-out helper

We catch carrier loops and 'stop' signals automatically so your business never gets caught replying to its own auto-response. Opt-out lists are global, not per-campaign.

Group filtering

Telegram groups, WhatsApp chats, and SMS short codes are filtered with a single rule set — keep what is signal, drop what is noise, audit the boundary.

Attachment-aware threading

PDFs, photos, voice notes, location pins — all rendered inline, all searchable, all archived. The history travels with the contact, not with the channel.

Two-way send from the dashboard
